Despite 110+ temperatures, about 90 Audubon supporters joined our staff on September 9th to celebrate the installation of our new exhibits at the Rio Salado Audubon Center in South Phoenix. Made possible through generous gifts from the Nina Mason Pulliam Trust, Pattern Energy, and Meta, the new pieces were designed to give visitors a sense of place, provide an overview of Audubon and our work in the southwest, and to invite local engagement. Did you miss the event? No worries, the free-admission center is open Monday through Friday, from 8am to noon, and is hosting special events on weekends all fall. Check our calendar here and we hope to see you soon!
