A Free Evening Bird Walk for Pride!

Audubon Southwest and the Randall Davey Audubon Center & Sanctuary, invite the Santa Fe LGBTQIA++ community to join us in celebrating not only the diversity of our birds in Santa Fe, but also our people. Let's Go Birding Together! is a birding walk intentionally welcoming of the LGBTQIA++ community.

Join us for our 6th annual Pride bird walk and social!  This year we will meet in the evening for wine, beer, NA drinks, and snacks before heading out on the trails to see what the birds are up to for their evening feed. Birders of all skill levels are welcome. Binoculars are available to borrow.

We will be led by Ken Bales, expert birder and Randall Davey Audubon Center docent, and Cathy Wise, Senior Manager of Community Building for Audubon Southwest.

Program Details:

• Registration required.
• Limited to 30 participants. First come, first served.
• Held in-person at the Randall Davey Audubon Center, meet at the Henderson Pavilion
• The group will cover about 1-2 miles over varying terrain at a slow pace, including stairs, dirt trails.
• This is a free event, but donations are welcome to support the Center and Pride event.
